Armin VLOG #39: And The Award Goes To
This has been quite a diverse week in the life of Armin van Buuren. Instead of multi-hour flights and long nights in the studio, Armin van Buuren was handed a lifetime achievement award by Dutch broadcasting station SLAM!, won two awards at the Buma Awards (one for ‘Sunny Days’, one for ‘I Need You’, recorded cello for his new single and combed through his list of promos in search of new talent and amazing tracks. And all of that is captured right here in his new vlog.

During A State Of Trance 850 in Utrecht, Dutch broadcasting station SLAM FM! surprised Armin van Buuren quite a bit. As he was giving them a tour across the massive Trance event, he was handed the ‘SLAM! Oeuvre Award’ for his contribution to dance music throughout his 20+ year long career. It’s needless to say Armin was speechless, and you can watch footage of the surprise below.
