Fresh off the announcement of his new A State of Trance residency at Ibiza’s groundbreaking [UNVRS] hyperclub, Armin van Buuren unveils ‘A State of Trance Ibiza 2026 (Mixed by Armin van Buuren)‘ via Armada Music – the thirteenth installment in his acclaimed Ibiza mix album series. Spanning three expertly curated mixes – Pulse, Frequency and Energy – the album captures the full spectrum of today’s electronic sound, blending melodic house, progressive, trance and peak-time club records from artists such as Andrew Bayer, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Matt Fax, Solarstone, MaRLo, BLR, Richard Durand and many more. Featuring exclusive new music including focus track ‘Starbound’ with ASTRON4UT, alongside fresh takes on fan favourites such as ‘Shivers’, ‘Status Excessu D’ and ‘I Live For That Energy’, the album serves as the definitive soundtrack to Armin’s 2026 Ibiza season and the next chapter of A State of Trance’s 25-year legacy.

A New Residency, A New Energy

Having maintained an annual presence on the island since 2014, Armin van Buuren now opens a new chapter by moving A State of Trance to [UNVRS] – the world’s first hyperclub. The shift is reflected across all three mixes – Pulse, Frequency and Energy – each capturing a different side of the Ibiza experience.

The residency at [UNVRS] runs every Monday from 7 September to 5 October, with Armin van Buuren performing five-hour extended sets across five dates, joined each week by handpicked friends and collaborators as part of the 25th anniversary celebrations of A State of Trance. Harnessing precision sound, next-level visuals and arena-sized stage production, [UNVRS] takes the A State of Trance experience to an entirely new scale.

Armin van Buuren says: “Ibiza has always held a special place in my heart. Celebrating 25 years of A State of Trance at UNVRS feels surreal, and this album is the soundtrack to the experience I’m bringing to the island with my new residency.”
