Armin van Buuren number 2 in the DJ Mag Top 100 of 2011!
After 4 consecutive years of being the number one DJ in the DJ Mag Top 100, Armin van Buuren has been voted number 2 in the popularity poll of 2011-2012. He is listed as the highest trance DJ. An incredible feat, especially since it’s the 8th time Armin is featured in the Top 3!
After a year bursting with highlights, from the 500th episode of his A State of Trance radio show and his new residency in Club Space on Ibiza to the release of his fourth artist album, ‘Mirage’, Dutchman Armin van Buuren still lives out the musical career that most of us can only dream of. Never before was a DJ voted number one in the DJ Mag Top 100 four years in a row. This year, David Guetta, who’s track with Usher ‘Without You’ was recently remixed by Armin, was voted number one DJ for the first time in his career.
